Editorial Policy

This policy explains how Frozen Games prepares and revises its game listings. It also describes the limits of information supplied by external game feeds.

Provider information and original guidance

Older listings may contain descriptions imported from providers. Our review process aims to replace generic wording with a clear objective, available controls, useful starting guidance and links to closely related activities. Rewriting text alone does not prove that a game has been tested or that every device is supported.

What counts as a play-test?

Opening a page or receiving an HTTP 200 response only confirms that the page responded. Seeing a title screen confirms more, but still does not prove that a full game works. A play-test note should state the device, browser, date and the actions actually checked. We do not claim a completed level, high score or full play-through unless it was observed.

Controls and compatibility

When controls come from a provider, the listing should identify that source. Instructions inside the currently loaded game take priority over an older description. We avoid blanket claims about mobile support, saved progress, offline play or the absence of advertising.

Selection and recommendations

Collections group games by theme and activity. Inclusion is not an age certification or an endorsement by the owner of a character. A parent or caregiver should review a game and its advertising before a child plays. Report unrelated, misleading or broken listings through Contact.

Automation and corrections

Automatic feed publishing and automatic text spinning have been disabled while the collection is reviewed. New imported material should be reviewed before publication. We do not use fabricated playing experience or invented ratings to make a listing appear more authoritative.

Dates and updates

A publication date records when a listing was published; an editorial update date records a revision. Neither should be treated as the date of a game test unless explicitly labelled that way.

Advertising and independence

External game players can include provider-controlled advertising. Advertising is not a game control. Commercial placement does not justify inaccurate descriptions or false claims of official affiliation. A disabled site banner does not guarantee that an embedded game is ad-free.

Request a correction

Send the page URL, the statement that appears wrong and, where possible, a reliable source or the steps needed to reproduce a problem. Do not send account passwords or personal information about children.
